Mr. Roland Yasik has been involved in tourism in this part of the world for many years. He began as a Tour Guide and Ground Handler for other tour operators in the region, providing on-the-ground support for established operators. Later, he founded Sepik Trekk & Tours, becoming a licensed and certified tour operator. Based in Wewak, he now offers tours along the vast Sepik River and toward the headwaters of the Karawari River. As a local, Mr. Yasik has extensive knowledge of the Sepik River, ensuring safe and insightful tours.
